We are unable to cancel an order after it’s been placed, as they are sent to our warehouse for processing within minutes of being placed.

If you placed the order by mistake or don’t want the items you can go through the returns process to send your order back to us.

Can I change or cancel my order

To return an item, please go to our returns portal here: Cernucci Returns  You can return your item via our portal within 28 days of the date your order was delivered. 

Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. or return or exchange may not be processed or may be delayed.  

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products, earrings, swimwear or solid gold as they are either made-to-order or due to hygiene purposes.  We do not currently cover postage for any returns.

How do I return an item

We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a 12 month Cernucci Guarantee for all purchases of jewellery. 

If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. 

Exceptions:
This Guarantee is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage).
Cernucci Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items

What does the Cernucci Guarantee cover

If you have had an order confirmation, but have not yet received a tracking link, don't worry, it can take a day or two for the tracking link to update.

If you have not received a tracking link after more than 2 day - drop us a line and we'll see what's happening with your order.
