If you are a Cernucci account holder you can log into your Cernucci account through our online store and check the fulfillment status of your recent order.

Alternatively, you can refer to your shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment centre. Within this email you will find a tracking link for your parcel - you can use this link to trace your order all the way to its final destination. It can take several hours for the tracking link to be activated from the point of this email being received. You should receive this email at the end of the day that you made your purchase. If you do not have this, or can't find it, reach out to our Customer Support team and we can help!

Your order will usually take a few hours to be dispatched from point of order.
