We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a 12 month Cernucci Guarantee for all purchases of jewellery. 

If your product has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. In order to verify this for guarantee we require a clear photo or video outlining the fault, sent to our support team for review.

This Guarantee is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage).

Cernucci Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items.
