At Cernucci, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your order is lost in transit or an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant details including photos of any damage.
If you purchased Ship Protect at checkout, you’re fully covered for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Just reach out to the Ship Protect team who will take care of it quickly for you. If you purchased Ship Protect you will have received a separate email which contains the contact details.
For all other orders, claims must be submitted within the timeframes below based on your courier:
- Evri – within 10 days of your order date
- FedEx – within 14 days of your order date
