At Cernucci, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and any relevant details. 

If you experience a delivery that is lost/missing/undelivered a claim will need to be made within:

10 days of order date with Evri or 7 days of order date with Royal Mail (14 days for EU deliveries)
