We’re committed to providing high-quality jewellery, which is why all jewellery purchases come with a 12-month guarantee.

If your item develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, you’re entitled to a one-time free replacement. To process this, please send a clear photo or video of the issue to our support team for review.

If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Please note:

• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by the user (e.g. scratches, accidental breakage).
• Clothing is not covered by this guarantee but will be reviewed on a fair, case-by-case basis. If your clothing item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not cover lost or stolen items under any circumstances.
