Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (business days only). Orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped the same business day when using Standard Delivery.

Orders placed after 3pm EST or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Standard Shipping Timeline

Standard Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.

If you placed your order before the cut-off and haven’t received a shipping confirmation within one business day, please contact our Customer Support team — we’ll be happy to investigate for you.
