To return an item, please go to our returns portal here: Start my Return
Please enter your order reference including the # at the start of the number. Without the # the system may not find your order. Please do not combine multiple orders into one returned parcel. This could severely delay your refund.
We do not currently cover postage for any returns. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
We advise sending your item back via our returns portal rather than using your own method, as this service gives us visibility of parcel movement and liability should your order become lost in transit. If sent back via another method we cannot be responsible for any damages or losses, and it may result in you not receiving your refund.
Make sure to include your original packing slip in your return, as should we receive an item without a name or any other order details, we won't be able to identify it, therefore it will not be processed and you will may not receive your refund.
Please note, when returning your full order, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned without all of the original packaging, your return will not be processed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products, earrings, swimwear or underwear as they are either made-to-order or unacceptable due to hygiene purposes.
