You can enter your email address into the chat bot below to trace your order. Alternatively you can log into your Cernucci account through our online store and check the fulfillment status of your recent order.

If you don't have a Cernucci account you will still receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment centre. Within this email you will find a tracking link for your parcel - you can use this link to trace your order all the way to its final destination. It can take several hours for the tracking link to be activated from the point of this email being received. 

If you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry! Your order will usually take a few hours to be dispatched from point of order.
