We do not currently offer exchanges for non-faulty items.
Exchanges are only accepted for faulty jewelry items under the Cernucci Guarantee. In such cases, we will replace the faulty item with the exact same item, with no variations in size or color. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit voucher as an alternative.
Please note, we do not accept exchanges if the wrong item, size, or color has been ordered.
